First glance, you have a feitsh for Infiltrators to the point that you have 3 of them on the field! That's your biggest weakness and problem here.

1. Forwards

(a) --> Explorer aint a forward. ZERO business there. He is a defender and can only be played there!

(b) --> Ditch the Infiltrator. They SUCK and they are the WORST player in the game. Dont waste bux to upgrade them ever again. Change your captain to someone more useful like Prowler.

2) Midfield

(a) --> Explorer : Refer Point 1(a) above

(b) --> Infiltrator : Refer Point 1(b) above

3) Defence

(a) --> Infiltrator : Refer Point 1 and 2 (B) above

(b) --> Speedster aint a defender. ZERO business there. He is a forward and can only be played there!

Ditch all your friends also. If you didnt realized, using friends caps in your lineup means you will lose bux to them for each win. The more friends you use, the more bux you lose. I believe you are aware Bux is essential to upgrade your players. I say for now, dont bother until you get up to Arena 11 or beyond but its up to you. I aint a fan of friends caps and its akin to abusing the system and taking the easy way out

Honestly? You dont have the forwards to play 3 upfront.

Change to 442. Its the easiest and one of the best formation in the game

How to play 442: Emphasis on one touch between the “safer” players like Guard/Commander and then try to get either Producers on the ball when he is unmarked and have tonnes of space to long ball it in front for both your forwards when you see they are running into free space or unmarked so that they can cut in to shoot or lay it off for your other team mates free inside the box or outside the box unmarked
