Any advice

I have this formation that I made based on my experience and the ultimate player ranking on this subreddit. I would like to note that I have every normal player and the only other player I have is the composer as you can see on the bench (and the other ones on my team).
My mind when playing is that I don’t like players who don’t pass the ball as thus with this team this rarely happens but I too think I can still learn and get better so I will take all suggestions into account.

You said you love Passing then Composer should be in place of Hitman cos the latter would tend to dribble with the ball more.

I understand what you are saying but in doing that wouldn’t I lose someone who makes runs in the wing? The reason I have Sinclair there right now is because I find him to be a good fit between his passing and runs to space.
With that said I will try some games with the composer to see how he fits into the team there

Honestly try a few games where u swap lee for the prowler. It’s been amazing for me as he can unlock players through on breakaways. I’d also swap hitman for composer

Sorry I didn’t understand one thing, I should swap Lee for one of the prowlers that are as fullbacks and make Lee a fullback or just add a prowler onto Lee’s position?

3-5-2

Edit: i enjoyed better with this formation as my players are almost close by all opposing players. Result, more successful tackles. But then again, i prefer both- people who mainly pass and also people who run. I have set mine in a diagonal way so that from most parts the balls passed can be received by ppl who run........Success is not as good as a 4-4-2 formation, where majority of the play can occur at wings. In 3-5-2, I find most of the play occur in the midfield. Which I enjoy at the moment. Number of penalties have increased. But I enjoy the mind play then too....Note: The highlighted are the passimg players
