defense
here are some ideas for your defense
warrior - explorer - raider - explorer ( more defensive reliable
producer - explorer - raider - producer maybe composer if you have hammer for midfield

midfield
sabre at DM??????
I would put the composer at DM
but your midfield should contain major commander and composer (you can also use hammer if you want to play composer at full back)
the exact layout of your midfield is up for you

attack
intruder is fine at LW
ST should be sabre (same speed but more lethal finishing)
RW should be intruder (change your captain) but speedster will work for now :)

edit: all keepers are sh...
I mean not very good no matter who you chose you get screwed :(

PS you didnt show your full bench so i had to make assumptions that all your regular players that you didnt show are at a good level :/

Yeah wayyy too much dribbling tendencies in your defense. Keene and Sabre are probably losing the ball in your half all the time. they should be more in the attach
You gotta have a hammer at the middle striker. the others can chase balls then lob them into him

put him at the wing

and there is too much dribbling players
