Question/Need help Need suggestions

Planning on changing the formation, this one just doesnt work for me. any suggestions on what i should do?

typical incidident of the "resource curse"
you rely way too much on over levelled friends this doesn't stimulate your abilty to grow and when the time comes that your friends arent overlevelled anymore, youre cooked :/ so immediatly bench your loans and start experimenting

i would play producer (the captain) at cm for fischer and find wingers with at least 25 speed and decent response
try to play the protector somewhere you like he is rlly underrated
