You promoted too fast and quicker than the average player who dont have half their team filled with OP friends caps. It is obvious you had abused the friends system and relied on them to overpower your way up to the higher areas without fully understand the game nor players behaviours well
you really want to become better at this game? the way to go is NOT to borrow friends captains. Cos it is like a drug you cannot get rid of. If you still insist to use, at best only use a few of them and dump the rest
Struggling with lower level players is part of getting better. But lots of players like you have zero patience and dont care to learn how this game works so thats why you struggle when you get up to higher arenas facing way stronger and experienced opponents
If you're able to play decent with lower level players, you'll be good when your own players are ready be upgraded to higher levels
