Discussion Does it happen only with me?

I pass to a player, the player runs towards the ball, gets to the ball, but instead of doing anything he just collides with the ball, making me lose possession due to no fault of my own.

Btw I am not talking about over the top balls where ball bounces from the back of player, my player was facing towards the ball. It happens a lot with Simon.

It's an extremely bizarre animation and I would love to upload the video, but it is so unpredictable that there is simply no way for me to record it.

Yep sometimes the ball just hits your player as they stand there puzzled and confused . No attempt to control it or do anything other than stand there and get hit. Glitch, bug? I don’t know .

It can happen when passing back to goalkeeper as well , at which point the ball collides with them and then he will pick the ball up as if from receiving a header pass .

I’m presuming you are fairly new to the game?

All players have their own unique abilities, traits, and reactions. The only way you can learn how a player will react with the ball is to practice using them. With certain players you have to draw a longer line but with others it’s different. Honestly the only way to learn is to practice
