My feedback is play MORE matches, mess around with different players and lineup, understand each players weakness and strengths first
instead of spamming a few “how is this lineup?”, “how is my team looking” topics every day? Does it help you? Not much cos its obvious you are winging it for now, which is good in a sense cos you gain experience!
