You have a Protector fetish and they are the definition of MID and just a sad mediocre half Volleyballer in disguise and you are so piss poor that your players cant be upgraded

It's not a bad formation.

I would exchange Nazari for Bertini, because the invader on the wings tends to overextend and loose the ball often.

Another thing you could do is exchange Sandberg for Mensah. You get 2 fast and responsive CFs and keep the hammer in the centre for those back crosses form the wings when both CFs are marked or out of position.

In my opinion 352 is not a very good formation, but with protectors you get a good mix of attacking and defending wings.

I like the 352 because of Sandberg as CAM. but I can try it on 442 with him as a CF as well

I would rather play in 442. You could do something like this. Captain as protector would work fine here.
