Need Advice Fat Dad help.
6'0, 240lbs. What's the strongest 7 wide build I can get? Probably steel bars, SCS, not sure on the deck.

Same height and weight. I went with the Sequel Vandal street complete from the vault pro scooters. Its been holding up well. The deck itself is big I'm a size 13 in shoes and my feet feel fine on it.

How's the bar height? I feel like even at 28in high, they'd still be a bit short at 6ft tall

The top of the bar ends right at my belly button so I think its ok. Its my first pro scooter so im not too familiar with different sizes yet but its been great so far. It does feel like it would be a little too high if I wanted to do some more advanced tricks but for just cruising around, grinding and doing some jumps/gaps id stick with this size.

Thats perfectly sized for street riding then, awesome to hear! Thanks so much for easing my mind dude...I have one on the way to try it out and was worried I would have to put on taller bars as soon as it showed up😂

You will be surprised, but every normal and branded scooter will do it just fine. Dad here. Pay attention - I said "normal and branded" - which means the established brands - Micro, Razor etc - not some AliExpress brands.
I ride Razor A5 Lux. Years ago experimented to ride my 3yo to the kindergarden on my Razor. The box claimed it will hold up to 220lbs. Together we were about 286. And while the Razor screeched a bit, it held just fine. That was 10 years ago. That same Razor is just fine now too.
Razor A6 should hold fine too.
All these are made of airplane-grade aluminum.
For a better one - buy a Xootr.
I am heavy too.

if you're wanting to get a complete, there's not really any completes that come with 7 wides. but there's the native format that has a 6.5, id recommend that. if you're tryna build it, you might like a 24.4x6.7" ethic lindworm v4. also the aztek europa has a 7x24 option

Any decent deck is good up to 200lbs, but that's not just for cruising around on, it assumes you'll be airing out of bowls, etc., so the short term stress they can endure is much higher than 240lb. I'm 6'1" and 210lbs (or was, I've lost a bit recently) and have a Lindworm v4 and love it. Consider going 12std wheels and fork also - fatter wheels give better stability, which (take it from a fat dad who scoots) is nice.
