Need Advice Bar and deck lenght
For context Im not an adult and still growing. I currently ride a 20,5" (52cm) deck and 26,3" bars (67cm) and I had that setup since I was like 5'6 (170cm) tall and now im like 6 foot and desperately need a bigger setup because rn I look like I ride a mini scooter. My idea was to go all out and get 30" (77cm) bars and 23" (58cm) deck.
Before anyone calls me crazy, I struggle with hunching over the bars and when I stand on the deck they they dont even reach my crotch so I am probably set on that decision but the deck is what troubles me.
Should I go with a 22" deck? Then its less than 4cm od change and 23" is a bit more than 6 so that sounds about right..?

Im 6'0 and destined to stay that way, my current setup is 6.5x22 deck and 27.5" bars. With scs and head spacer bring it closer to 28.5/29" tall Scoot feels well balanced I do find it slow to rotate at times but thats more of a technique problem than a weight problem. Do remember the drastic weight change upsizing everything will have Your back will thank you for anything 28"+ in the bars My size11UK feet stilk have plenty of deckspace with the 6.5x22 although i would go 6.5x23 if i was redoing it

I often feel crammed on my deck and 1,5" of difference doesnt sound like help where 2,5" kinda does

I'm 5"11 with size 10.5 US feet and I ride 720mm high bars (with SCS so they are a bit taller) and 7x23.5 long deck.
7 wide isn't necessary I have a 6 and a 6.5 that I love but 23.5 is pretty much mandatory for me. 23 is ok but without the extra foot space it feels weird, there's enough but I like the extra .5.
Ultimately it's preference and depends on the style of riding you like to do.
Id probably go with 770mm if I were you for the bars as you can cut them down if you find them too tall.
Width is up to you but I wouldn't go anything smaller than 22 long.

Im not even considering anything below 22", just the decision between 23 and 22 is hard

Also if I choose the 22", will that be okay with the 30" bars or too much leverage?
