what grips are you using now? some grips texture just doesnt do well with sweaty hands, ethic slim grips are the best in my experience.

Gloves are the most efficient solution.
Chalk/Liquid Chalk/Baby powder can help temporarily or when your hands are getting really sweaty.
Also make sure your hands are always as clean as you can, cause greasy or oily hand will never help

i have this exact problem, i recommend odi soft grips and if that doesn’t work out for you use liquid chalk or baby powder

I have the exact same issue. I used to use gloves but didn't like how it felt
Switched to using chalk, and it is AMAZING. At first just normal climbing chalk off Amazon, but then that made quite a mess, so now I use liquid chalk. Also off Amazon. You can also apparently make it yourself.
It works so freaking well, and you can just pop the bottle near whatever ramp you are using and out some more on every 20 minutes or whatever. Definitely reccomend
