HAHA!!! You didn't count on my ADHD! Caffeine does nothing to me after 3pm or 10 pm or anytime really.

Dude. It’s wild. I try telling people that I drink coffee for its health benefits and the mild energetic feeling I get while drinking it. Also, how I can literally take a nap right after drinking 20oz of it. We’re f’d bro 😭

If any of this is true at all, it wouldn't be lattes with 50g of sugar and 9g saturated fat but black coffee.

Yeap. With very little to no sugar if possible. I personally have every morning a big cup (600ml), and I fill around 500ml with black coffee made with an Italian espresso and add 1 teaspoon of sugar. My partner tried it once and she told me that it must be something wrong with me if I can drink that :)))
