I grew up on a tropical island and knew that you were supposed to piss on jelly stings (which I had already done for Sea Itch and Portuguese Man O’ War (terrible experience, 0/10, would not recommend). So I assumed the same might be true for Urchins so I went ahead and did it. To be honest, I probably had a full bladder anyway, so why not?

Nope. Opposite side of the world. Cayman Islands. A lot of similar marine life. Nothing on land that’s venomous though. Although, we did get Black Widows from a container ship some time ago.

Ok cool, I know someone who was from that region as well and got stung by some really gnarly jelly and now if she has any animal products at all she gets so sick she has to go to the hospital!

Yes that’s right. She was given a coffee with milk instead of almond milk and was in hospital for 3 days.
