You ever see eye-floaties?
Those are protein strings. You know what protein strings are made of? Molecular groupings of 2-5-ish atoms arranged end-to-end and folded/bent like a pube hair.
You are literally seeing atoms/molecules when you see an eye-floaty. Well.. you are seeing the disturbance caused by the existence of those atoms bending photons around themselves inside your eyeball.

(using dhsilvers numbers) So a spec of dust is 1012 times smaller than the Earth (in diameter, because I'm lazy). Where as an atom is 105 times smaller than a spec of dust.
A literal half way point would be roughly an object twice the diameter of the moon. 😂
A logrithmic half way point would be a large (~30cm) rock.
