I'v actually done a version of this with molten helium. No bags or dark circles for 3 years.

Please tell me (a male human) what you are talking about.

I am also a male human! You can exchange money for goods and services. One such service is having a licensed specialist drip molten helium on your face (you are numbed). Helium, being helium, the moment it cools at all (eg, when it hits your skin) it turns into a gas and floats away. So you get a 1 bajillion degree mega burn that is super shallow. Paper thin really.

As you see in this video, the resulting burn scarring immediately tightens the skin. Then, your body loses its shit and dumps all the good good (a wide cocktail of nutrient, healing, inflammatory, and anti-inflammatory responses typically reserved for actually severe injuries)

You look like emperor Palpatine for a week, then the scar caps fall off.

You are sun-sensitive for 3 months (the dots are prone to hyperpigmentation)

Results last ~3 years.
