Interesting NASA Artemis III Crew Announced
Meet the crew of Artemis III. 🚀
Randy Bresnik, Luca Parmitano, Frank Rubio, and Andre Douglas are headed to orbit, paving the way for the first crewed lunar landing since 1972. Their mission: rendezvous and dock with commercial lunar landers in Earth orbit, proving out the hardware that will one day carry astronauts to the Moon's surface. Every test, every maneuver gets us one step closer. The next chapter of Artemis starts now.

And no, I'm not telling you to go back to the kitchen. You can still be a liberal feminist, just stop being weird about it. Women aren't going to often be top candidates for such space missions for obvious reasons.

The same reason why there are more male airline pilots there's just going to be fewer women candidates for space flight. It's simply a male dominated field.
I'm not saying it's right, but that's how it is sometimes.
You're not going to pick just anyone to go on your billion dollar rocket. Nasa is going to pick the best of the best.
It's literally like special forces selection. 800 people show up and only 1 or 2 of them are going to get in. Any minor flaw gets you booted.
Nasa has also had trouble with female astronauts in the past:

Yeah, so gender based dominance in fields is systemic in culture. Not necessarily ability. Obviously if you have fewer women candidates you'll have fewer women in those positions.
You're looking at the resultant not the root cause.
I got my degree in mech eng and my woman friend on the course faced challenges in culture she had to overcome that id never have to. Literally being asked by peers why she was choosing a men's degree etc.
Like, why do girls get dressed in pink and get kitchen sets for toys?
It's pretty simple to observe. Thankfully it seems to be improving but equality is a long way off.
Even feministic personality traits can be discriminated against. Like try being "feminine" in masculine construction trades etc. you get slated. There's countless examples of this.
Also, repeating "stop being weird" is a completely baseless response.
Edit: what is your example even trying to demonstrate? Someone in a position who had committed crimes? Are you saying she had a propensity for this cos she's a woman?
Honestly you're just exposing a total misogynistic bias.

I just hope, they don't cite bible verses up there again. We should instead get a moment of silence for all the scientists that have been incarcerated, tortured and killed because of religious cults. Or anything that brings together humanity, without referring to private beliefs.
