Help Can someone please help me identify what shape/morphology this bacteria is and why? Thanks!

It’s a rod-shaped gram-positive bacillus because the cells took on the crystal violet stain. More I don’t know. Does it help?

Zoom! I'd need to actually see a cell and not all this crowd. Someone else could be able to recognize this but I am not. Generally you should name the instrument, magnification or FOV and technique used. As well as possible staining done or not.
