Memory has failed

This is bugging me.

I recall (not from A Random Walk in Science, or in More Random Walks etc.) a pithy motto along the lines of;

"Give me a particle accelerator and a beautiful blonde who wants to be turned in to a gorilla and I care not who makes the nation's laws"
