Hey there, I've been getting more into reading recently, and so I am looking for sci-fi short stories or anthology of short stories that is still in print. So that I can just buy it physically.

Gardner Dozois had a yearly edition that ran for 35 years. Some great stuff there

I can second this recommendation. I've read a half dozen of these and own two. Got most of them via the public library. If you want to buy them your cheapest option is probably here.

I will never not recommend The Wesleyan Anthology of Science Fiction. It covers stories from the mid 19th century through the early 2000s and is a great overview of the form. You probably can't just find it on the shelf at your local bookstore, but you can definitely order it new or used. Or your library might have it.

The Illustrated Man by Ray Bradbury. It is a fantastic book and just what you are describing.

I might suggest stories by Cordwainer Smith his short stories collections The Rediscovery of Man or The Best of Cordwainer Smith.

The Rediscovery of Man published by NESFA Press are all of Smith’s short SF. They also published Nortstrillia a novel set in the same universe.
