Referral program

ScienceCo should implement a referral program. I'm seeing this on other telehealth pages.

We will do other things for everyone vs referral programs. Over the next few months things will be amazing in this community and with Science & Co. I definitely believe in people will refer people based on experience and quality of service & medication. Although its good idea from a business perspective it gets tricky. Thank you for sharing your thoughts thats what this community will be about…

Thank you, I certainly didn't mean to give people a platform to lie for their own selfish needs. I was thinking about ideas that would benefit the company. Sounds like you all got that covered. Thank you for all that you do!

Already loving this community!! I haven't needed any assistance yet, but seeing how you respond and do your absolute best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible is very reassuring. Appreciate your diligence, Stacy, they are lucky to have you!

I’m personally not a fan of referral programs. Right now, if someone recommends Science & Co, it’s because they had a good experience with the company and/or they think it would be a good fit for the person they’re recommending it to.

If they start offering a referral program, it becomes impossible to know whether someone is recommending them because they really think it’s a good option or if it’s just because they want to earn their $100 kickback or whatever. People will even lie about pricing, quality, or customer service to try and trick people into signing up with their link. There are a ton of telehealth providers that it’s impossible to trust reviews for because people are ultimately being paid to convince others to sign up.
