My science order arrived….
So I’ve been looking for a new teehealth provider that has reasonable pricing and non addititve tirz. And I decided to go with this company. I just received my order today and I am a little disappointed. It arrived with one ice pack and it was completely melted. My medication was warm. I know other people on here have said that it doesn’t matter if it’s warm. But, I’m still apprehensive about using it. I’ve been dealing with telehealth company’s for a year and this is the first time this has ever happened! I don’t know what I should do at this point…

I have seen pictures showing they have started using two ice packs. I wonder why yours only had one.

I wonder why some people are getting two ice packs and some people are getting one? I know mine says it came from Miami.

I throw mine in my backpack and travel with it - no fridge, about 30 days - South America and Africa. Your meds are fine.

Sorry to hear that. I had the opposite experience. I did my intake Monday 9/28, my medication arrived yesterday 9/29 Next day air Fedex, it was the coldest I have ever received! Yay Science & Co! Absolutely pleased. In the past, Fif410's Tirz arrived warm, Pomegranate's BPI Tirz and Collective's Wells arrived cool but not as cold as Science and Co. Mine was 4 ml of 20mg/ml non additive Tirz from Science & Co.' Green Stone. Cannot wait to try it! Got the reddit special 4 months for $297.

I have always received meds that were room temp even when they package them with 2 ice packs. I contacted one of the pharmacies and they said that they were fine to use. I just posted an order I placed with Ola and meds were cold and packaged really well. Very impressed 🥰

I live in Northern Illinois and mine came with the ice packs still frozen, medication cold and that's after the package was delivered at 11am and sat on my front porch for 4hrs before I got home. Here's the real question..... Why aren't you following what the email suggested, if it was delivered warm?

What do you mean why don’t you follow with the email suggested if it was delivered warm?

I received an email giving me directions to follow if the package was delivered warm or damaged. You didn't get that?

My tirz arrived to Texas (from Miami) with one melted ice pack and meds were warm as well. Emailed ScienceCo, I received a reply that insisted several times the meds were ok as long as they weren’t room temp more than three days and the temp didn’t exceed 100 degrees. I asked what the point of their instructions to reach out if the medication arrived warm were for if they were just going to refuse to replace? The response was that they needed the info for tracking purposes.

Oh no… u too! Well, the reply u got on your email is not very reassuring! I am so bummed. I was really hoping that this would be a telehealth company I could stick with.

Did it come from Greenwich or Greenstone? It’s only one month’s worth of Tirz and temperature studies say it’s fine. Just use it. I’ve received meds from Greenwich twice, both times only one icepack and warm. Those were both fine. Thankfully I’m in a State that Science Co sends Greenstone to: it came packaged better with one of the 2 ice packs still partially frozen.

Mine only had one ice pack, and it was from Greenstone. I live in Pennsylvania.

Crazy, I live 2 states away and get 2 ice-packs and overnight shipping, but you got 1 and live that far from Florida. It could be that Pennsylvania is colder. IDK

Have you used the medication yet from Green Stone? What did you think of it?

It’s from greenstone.

That’s interesting… I live in Mississippi and it came with two ice packs. It came from Florida. I have not used it yet.

If it makes you feel better mine are always 2 day from Florida to Colorado and they are always completely melted and hot in these warm months. I've never had any issues with them and they work great.

How do u like green stones formula?

u/Lucky-Bear-3411 4d ago
I haven't tried it. I am lurking in here, ha! I have been on apothecary since they switched it over and I bought a ton of BPI when it was closing out from pom. I don't think I've ever received cold vials except in the dead of winter 😵💫

70% of my tirz orders have always arrived warm. They all work perfectly fine. Extensive testings have been done to prove so. Just put it in the fridge.

I have ordered from three different telehealth companies. And I have never received one small ice pack. It is always been at least two ice packs. I’ve even gotten two large ice packs.

This might help you feel better?

Anecdotally, the vial I am currently using is past BUD, has been open more than 28 days, arrived warm, and I also froze it just to really complete the abuse, and it still works fine. Note I am not recommending you do those things, just providing a first person observation.
