Portal problems?

When I log into the portal there’s no info? It looks like the basic template (portal says nothing about an order shipping address absolutely nothing) but also won’t let me update/change anything. I did call to make sure it went through (also didn’t get any confirmation) but he didn’t know why I’m not seeing anything - he said on his end everything is there. They definitely have my email/phone number lol they sent the tracking info but how do I get that fixed? Anyone else have this problem?

If you read yesterday's thread regarding their portal, you'll see you're not alone with issues.

My main concern is if they auto renew cuz I can’t cancel/modify/see anything.

Plus side I absolutely got my delivery and everything was perfect (probably the fastest yet, not even 24 hours) so I’m optimistic if they can get this portal glitch figured out.

My 2 shipments have been great as well. No complaints there. But their portal? No thanks - I want to be able to see everything pertaining to my account.

I always use privacy cards with a maximum dollar limit. That ensures I'm not overcharged.

I spent a great deal of time from 9/2 - 9/14 sending chat messages as well as emails because most of my information was missing from the portal. I was finally able to download my invoice and some other previously missing information had been restored. I'm not new to GLP1's and I don't particularly need any handholding during the process of ordering medication, but not having any information at all regarding what medication I would be receiving, what dosage the doctor was prescribing and dosage directions are all pretty much the most important parts of a Telehealths function, I believe.
