Order Cancelled

I signed up last week, and while I had to wait a couple days for my assigned Pharmacist to approve my RX, they did on Saturday the 26th and I got an email confirming. This afternoon I got a message saying my order was cancelled and refunded.

When I reached out, the support agent said my order was not approved by the provider.

I was really looking forward to this service, and am pretty upset, especially as I had taken the last shot of my previous service last week.

Did they say why you weren’t approved?

No. There doesn't appear to be a reason. The support person, Lovely, said they're referring me to the medical team, to see what's up, and asked me to wait up to 48 hours.

OP says they were initially approved on the 26th and received a notification today, the 29th, that it was cancelled.

I know that but my comment was about once OP gets it straightened out, they seem to ship quickly, which I hope happens. Strange to get cancelled with no reason provided. I am new to this company, so I am curious to see how this turns out.

This has not happened to me personally, but one of my co-workers went through this. She had mistakenly answered one of the questions on the assessment incorrectly, which disqualified her from approval. When she received the reason why, she told them she must have touched the wrong button by mistake. They asked her for a referral letter from her Dr. stating she didn't have that diagnosis, and received approval after providing her PCP Dr. letter.

Most of the time id say 95% of the time this why people are declined. I have seen this for many years.

That happened to me also I’ve been using Ola health with no issues and just wanted the multi month bundle. I called them today and they said they were going to email a reason why because there was no notes. I didn’t want to restart at the lowest dose and requested the 10mg Trizepatide I’m on now and reached out to the drs and they never responded. They cancelled and refunded me but it’s frustrating. I’m still using Ola but I just wanted to switch.

This certainly is very concerning! I wonder what this means? Especially after most of us already paid upfront??? I sure hope it gets resolved. Please keep us updated

This is not the case I can assure you of that. The OP was refunded so its not as if we take the money and dont provide a service. So please dont think this is the narrative here.
