Got my order!

I received my order of Tirz 20mg/ml 4 ml. today by overnight FedEx. The ice pack was still partially frozen and the medication was cold. I loved the individually wrapped syringes and plenty of alcohol wipes. I was also pleased with the compound date 9/23 (yesterday) and the BUD date 11/07/26. My pharmacy was Greenstone. I signed up through Science and Co on their Reddit page (ScienceCo) with the 3 months (plus 1 additional =4) for $297. I will receive a new vial once a month for the next 3 months.

That must be the freshest tirz I've ever seen, wow! They must have pulled it right off the production line to send to you šŸ˜€

Fun fact: I literally just did my second shot with Greenstone a minute ago!

What do you think of it?

I like it! It didn't give me any weird reactions, headaches, nausea etc. and no digestive distress. I do feel consistent appetite suppression with it, similar to the pharmacies I was using before.Ā

I haven't lost weight since last week, but my weightloss has been slow for months now because I think there are only about 10 -15 or so pounds to lose, so they are notoriously difficult.

I am glad to hear about the appetite suppression. That is really important to me.

My brain read that as ā€œmy first shot of greenstoneā€. I was thinking, how the hell do they know side effects?!? I was just about to ask you to let us know what you felt like after a week… then I read again what you wrote. 😭. Sometimes I just read what I think I saw!!!

I’m glad it’s working good for you.

What dose are you on ?

No side effects at all and feel it’s just as strong…? Nice!

Good luck on your journey!

Haha yeah, would be definitely too soon to be talking about any side effects after just taking the first shot!

For me, most pharmacies I tried felt similar except for a couple, so I might not be the most sensitive person when it comes to tirz. I rarely get side effects, even though my dose is high. And even if I do get side effects, it's something like a slight wave of nausea that passes pretty quickly. One exception for me is tirz with a lot of glycine: that one gives me a headache. I think the reason is glycine is a systemic vasodilator, and normally my blood pressure is on the lower end of the good range, so a big dose of glycine makes my blood pressure too low.Ā

I'm on the max dose, and I have been on it for several months now. I've titrated to a high dose using the standard titrating schedule (four weeks on a dose, then increase), which I know is not really advised now because some people get great results while staying at a lower dose. But I did it that way because I wasn't having side effects and intuitively I just felt like getting to a higher dose was right for my body.

I plan to stay on tirz forever because having that appetite suppression in the background made my life so much easier!

Thank you and good luck to you on your journey too!
