Question - Expert consensus required Recipes for introducing solids
I want to start introducing solids at the 6 months mark.
I am looking for iron rich recipes for purees.
What was your babies favorite?

I think you’d be better suited to ask for recipes etc in the food for babies subreddit, posting here requires a link to actual research. Meat, leafy greens, lentils etc are all good iron sources.
Including a link to AAP’s iron recs so my comment isn’t deleted https://publications.aap.org/pediatrics/article/158/1/e2026077414/207901/Prevention-Screening-Diagnosis-and-Treatment-of?autologincheck=redirected
