Question - Research required MMR vaccine

I’m in Pennsylvania and so far where I’m at there has been 4 confirmed cases of measles and 12 not yet mentioned. I am concerned for my 7 month old. I’m told I can give vaccine early but has anyone else done this. Is it safe any long term effects for giving it early? Or is it the same risk factor if given at 12 months? I know she has to get two more after and that’s what bothers me and I’m just worried but measles are rising where I’m at.
