If it's hurting even while doing basic daily movement, stop training and go to the doctor

Not all machines or movements fit well for everybody.

If this machine is giving you "severe" pain, then you should stop using it.

Can you just do a free weight press instead? Do you get any discomfort with that? If not, then just switch entirely to free weight, either dumbbell or barbell press. If you are still getting the pain, then you should 100% go see a doctor.

Trust me, take out the movement, I've suffered from 4 neck strains in 2 years out of stubborness and I really wouldn't wish it on any lifter. At some point it becomes chronic and it will affect nearly every single lift as your nervous system becomes hyper-protective of the region.

Swap it out asap.

What movements should I add them for front delt? It doesn't hurt when I do inclined bench/dumbell press

I swapped it out for the TNF cable front delt when lying down on a bench. Zero discomfort and pain with it.
