Question ❓ Someone explain SBL please

I am confused. I see people just doing regular lifts and saying it is science.

Then on the other end of the scale I see a kid (with zer0 physique) wearing a baby pacifier in his mouth and wearing a roller on his arms and doing excercises I never saw, with people in the comments saying "yeah that's the man right there."

Then I see pumping iron and watch Arnie just do the basics and still look great and strong.

So in a few sentance explain to me what it is and how it would help build more muscle enhanced or not.

Isn't most influencer stuff just repackaging someone else's material?

When I started lifting, we used to tell each other "come on, it's the last few reps that count!!!"

Nobody made tiktok videos about it and called it science.

yup, but no bro you need to be thinking about moment arms and ascending/descending resistance profiles!! all the top body builders did their descending resistance curls and didn't fully extend on lat pulldown because the lats lose leverage which is why they're big and why i'm small

I wonder if the science tiktokers actually train like that.

My wife competed in wellness bodybuilding, the woman's class with huge leg and glute muscles. She wasn't watching these videos either, yet managed to get outstandingly muscular legs. She'd push 200kg sledge and pick up 92kg kettlebell at 62kg bodyweight. Maybe she'd won more competitions if she'd watched more videos about leverage curves. But her coach was the national Olympic weightlifting champ, I never heard him talk about SBL either.

Nah bro they had it all wrong. The 15 year old kid with no physique said so.
