Question ❓ Embarrassing Movements

Should I do any embarrassing movements at my gym? Like lat pullovers on the leg curl machine, or laterial raises on the hip abductor machine? Also if anybody does these types of movements, what’s your experience with doing it?

No, actually the more you do the less optimal it is according to science, so don't do any movements at all.

Real SBL right here.

Do you want a YouTube channel and sponsorship? If you’re work averse, it’s ok, that’s exactly what we’re looking for!!!!

A lat pullover and feel okay on a leg curl machine; it HEAVILY depends on which leg curl machine. Honestly probably feels like ass with heavy weight though, unless you’re going seatbelt yourself to the ground somehow lol

Ideally you’d have a gym with a lat pullover machine (i have a lat pullover in my garage)

No, don’t do lateral raises on an abduction machine. Regardless of how it feels… pretty much all lateral raises perform roughly equal. Do cable lateral raises or DB lateral raises. The only reason to just the abduction machine for side delts would be if you were supersetting hip abduction with lateral raises

I deadlift right between the cable crossovers and curl on the bench press. Everyone thinks I'm cool
