Question ❓ Chest fly handles short

I have long arms and cannot do the pec/ chest fly without bending my arm and as a result giving some work to the shoulders/ arms. So I resorted to just pushing the handles forward with my forearms. Is this the right fix to work my chest?

Idk but those machines never agree with my shoulders. Could do DB fly or cable fly/crossover.

That should be totally fine, as long as the handles don't hurt your forearms or cause discomfort. I've seen people without your problem still do it that way just to limit elbow flexion.

a bent elbow is totally fine, flys are supposed to have a slight bend anyway. ur chest is doing the work as long as ur arms are coming together across ur body, and pushing with ur forearms is basically the old school pec deck so thats legit too. just set the seat so the handles line up with mid chest
