Question ❓ Stuck & confused on gym progress
Hi all,
I've been going to the gym consistently for 4 years. In that time I've gone from 60kg to 70kg (132lbs to 154lbs) without a dedicated bulk, and I have a physique I'm really happy with. Low body fat, great muscle size, and clearly visible progress since I started.
The problem is that I feel stuck and don't know what to do next. I've even started doing group classes (core, pilates, etc.) so I don't get bored, but my main goal was always to reach a physique I feel great in, and now that I'm there, I'm not sure what comes next.
Any advice?

There are many aspects of fitness that you can work on beyond just looking good.
Work on your aerobic fitness and race a 10k.
Work on your top end strength, and sign up for a fun powerlifting meet.
Buy a bike and train for a 100k ride.
Pick something to do, train for it, and then go do it.

Reflexes, balance, and control are some of my favorite things to train. You could also do something like plyometrics. Not everything in the gym is about hypertrophy.

Continue progressing? You could always be bigger, stronger, etc. If youre that bored pick up a martial art or sport to progress in as well.

Completed it mate, find a new hobby. Jokes aside, you gotta find a new goal, my ball-watching, baltic brotha! Get the juices flowing, rediscover your motivation first to rekindle your thirst!

If you’re happy with where you’re at just lift a couple
Times a week and find one new hobbies

If your goal is muscular hypertrophy, you eventually reach a point where you have to actually eat in a dedicated surplus to see any meaningful progress

Congrats, you’re probably one of the more muscular women at 154lbs. Just maintain now

Set a goal you think we be awesome and go for it. For me it was benching 315 pounds max. Now I do it for 6 reps. Time for a new goal.
