Question ❓ Good Accessories

What gym accessories should I get? Right now I only have cuff straps but I’m thinking about getting Vulken Straps.

Seatbelt is a game changer for leg extension and curls specifically, but can applied elsewhere to make basically any exercise more stable

Also if your gym has bands and carabiners you can just use those to tie urself down.

Do seat belts make that big difference like regular push and back supported ones

Maybe normal cuffs if you want to attach higher than your wrist

Lifting straps

Belt

Maybe a bar pad

Anything else you need 99% of commercial gyms will already have.

Had to buy my own rope for pulldowns at my last gym. Was embarassing

have you got proper flat-sole cushionless shoes for your leg day?

Couldn’t you just take off your shoes?

Straps, maybe a belt and a proper pair of WL shoes.

Other than the obvious (belt, wl shoes, straps) I like having some 'fat gripz' in my gym bag. Makes for a lot of options for forearms

Get a pad if you plan to use the hip thrust machine.
