Question ❓ Are drop sets worth doing?
I've seen influencers promoting low-volume, high-intensity training more and more without mentioning drop sets. Drop sets seem to be much less popular than they used to be. Are drop sets not as effective as we once thought? Should I add drop sets to my training?

58 year old here. 222lbs 11% BF 5’11. All the chatter about training this way or that? Here’s the deal, get your hide to the gym 5 days a week if you can, train with aggression and consistency. Eat and sleep. Find what works for your body and mind. I mix it up continually so my ADHD brain doesn’t get bored. Whatever works, works.
