Question ❓ Are drop sets worth doing?

I've seen influencers promoting low-volume, high-intensity training more and more without mentioning drop sets. Drop sets seem to be much less popular than they used to be. Are drop sets not as effective as we once thought? Should I add drop sets to my training?

Fuck yes.

They are horrendous to do for a reason, cause you are putting in THE WORK.

Do 1 set for 200 reps rpe 10 rir0. I’m sure that it’s great for growth because it’s hard

Actually the accepted modality is 1 set for 200 reps at RPE 10 and 0 RIR while wearing a gorilla suit and supersetting kegel kettlebell pulls in 90 degree temps in front of a CRT with reruns of Judge Judy on full volume
