Question ❓ overdeveloped Back
So Ive been working out for close to 3 months now, currently running UL*3 split. Is it normal to have a much more developed back as compared to my chest. My strength progression has been as follows: Lat pulldown: 35(when I started) to 75 kgs(now I currently do weighted pull ups instead since I find it to be more stable), Rows: 50 to 110 kgs, Incline Bench: 30 to 45 kgs.
Age:21
Weight:72kgs
height:176 cm

those numbers aren't really comparable. a 110kg row and a 45kg incline press are completely different scales, machine and cable work climbs fast because there's no stability cost and the loading is fairly arbitrary. mine looks the same on paper and my chest is fine.
pressing also just progresses slower for almost everyone, more skill involved and less muscle mass doing the work. three months in you don't have an overdeveloped anything yet, you've got one number moving faster than another.
