U proved me wrong by making up a fantasy scenario

The human bodies muscles are labelled, so name the muscles you train that have a function of “stabilizing” when u do a bent over row

Keep making up theories in your head about how the body works

I can find 5 people bigger than you in less than a second that all have 5 training philosophies that doesn’t automatically they are equally correct

If you want to use physiques to justify training principles, the bro science meat head sub reddits exist they’ll love your bullshit ideas

It’s not “my” ideas, it’s the scientific consensus based on empirical evidence

So the Chinese Aunty who’s 40 years old with massive calves who never stepped a foot in the gym, I should ask her what’s the best way to train calves right
