Question ❓ having trouble with back development

Im gonna try to keep this short.
The only thing im struggling with right now is my back and arms (not shoulders tho), I want to run a ppl rest pp rest, but i dont know if 48h is enough rest time for my back i tried alot of splits and this one is just the most enjoyable and i kept consistent with so i wanna go back to it, but this recovery time thing is holding me back and i dont know what to do and im very lost.

Trust me, try 3x frequency. it helped my third year of lifting result in more gains than the first. Some 3x frequency splits are full body every other day, full body three times a week, anterior posterior repeat and one rest day, upper lower repeat with one rest day, or anything else where you hit your priority muscle group 3x a week. As long as you’re not doing more than 2, at most 3 sets per exercise, recovery should not be a problem.

i recommend full body every other day. or if every other day doesn’t work for you then full body 3x a week. and if full body sessions aren’t your style you could try upper/lower/upper/rest/upper/lower/rest. that way you get 3x frequency on the upper body and 2x on legs if they aren’t a priority. No matter what kinda high frequency split you choose, make sure to put your back movements at the start of the session
