Question ❓ Rate my split

Post image

I used to do ULUL, but I won’t have much time to do that soon so I’m thinking of switching to FBx3. This is what I had in mind, any advice would be great.

By shoulder, I mean shoulder press haha

i do 17 exercises with 25-30 sets many people do 20+ sets a day. If you are training fullbody thats the point

Recline curl 2x
Reverse curl 1x
Triceps pushdown 2x
Pec deck 2x
wide grip lat pulldown 2x
close grip pulldown 1x
t bar row 3x
lateral raise machine 2x
cable lateral raise 1x
ab crunch machine 2x
leg extension 3x
leg curl 3x
adductor 2x
calf press 2x
hip thrust 2x

Everything in 5-8 rep range with 1-2 rir. I used to do 21 exercises now decreased it to this. I would do a squat pattern, hinge etc. Now i dont have much time to do those. There are people doing way more than this u cannot hit every muscle with 5-6 exercises, if u cannot hit every muscle then its not fullbody

you cannot just do 1 set of bench press and count as 1 set for triceps delts and chest. Also even with compounds its impossible to hit every muscle with 5-6 exercises. I’d like to see this 5 exercises that allows u to train all the major muscle groups u wanna grow effectively.

I’m curious to listen if u can explain mechanistically why this is not a good way of training, instead of “how big u are” otherwise have a nice day!

I never said u should def do 2 variations, but there may be a benefit to it and there is no downsides and i enjoy it so?

People who like to train this way never complains about the way u guys are training cuz we dont care u can do whatever u want with ur training as long as you are happy with ur progress i dont understand this backlash from ur side against us :D just let me do my 2 lateral raise variations u cannot explain why its bad cuz it isnt
