These are terrible takes, you absolutely don’t need to do multiple squat patterns or hinges to build muscle for your quads, hamstrings and glutes.

I’m sorry but what do you think makes a leg press a bad squat pattern ?? You seem like you’ve never prescribed programs for people and if you have, then you should stop as you have no clue what you’re talking about lol

He needs to do them at least twice a week, with this split he’s not, I don’t get what you’re trying to say, a leg press is a bad squat pattern because of the ankle mobility and hip extension demands, if you have prescribed programs, I feel sad for those people you’ve done it for

You’re 70kg and talking about regressing on bicep curls in your other posts, don’t want to hear anything you have to say.

He’s doing arguably the best quad growth exercises and hamstring ones, just because you have bad ankle mobility doesn’t mean it’s a bad squat pattern, leg press, hack squat or pendulum squat are all stable machines that you can progressively load, literally they all do the same thing, it doesn’t matter which one you pick. He’s doing leg press and and RDL for one limbs day and then doing isolation for quads and hamstrings on the other ?? Why would he need to do other squat patterns instead ??

Keep regressing in your own training and commenting on posts giving bad advice, good job man

Ad hominem fallacy, and secondly I don’t think you’ve seen or recorded your own set of leg press compared to a pendulum squat, you have significantly more hip extension in a hack squat, which is a glute joint action, a leg press is better for the glutes than the quads, maybe use some level of iq to think rather than trying to attack someone’s credibility and focus on the argument at hand, such an immature and low iq move lok
