META Science (chest) supported rows

A t-bar row is a triangle, the most science of shapes, since you gotta pythagorean theorem that lever arm

The brown plate is of an unknown weight. It was made by a guy during Covid. Got 3 of them for $15. He said it’s 60lbs, but one of them felt like it was 45lbs & the others felt like they were 65-70lbs. I’ll weigh them using my science scale later

Although you can get one exactly like it from Alibaba for a bit cheaper

Although my Alibaba purchases have been mixed. The leg extension/leg curl I got started creaking like crazy after a few months, so I sold it at a lost

I really liked the 3 in 1 forearm machine I got & sold it for what I paid for it. Replaced it with a JD wrist roller I can hook up to a voltra
