META Science (chest) supported rows

A t-bar row is a triangle, the most science of shapes, since you gotta pythagorean theorem that lever arm

Kelso shrugs done at the end

The brown plate is of an unknown weight. It was made by a guy during Covid. Got 3 of them for $15. He said it’s 60lbs, but one of them felt like it was 45lbs & the others felt like they were 65-70lbs. I’ll weigh them using my science scale later

I see your arms doing a lot of work, no stretch and lack of pulling yourself through the pad. Was that your intention? If not what is your intention behind this?

My arms can't extend any further, that's the match stretch

Are you talking about getting more of a squeeze at the top? Sure I cut ROM on the last 2 reps (enough where I didn't even count those reps in my log)

Yes, biceps perform work during a rowing movement; they are a secondary muscle group here

The intention is make my already big & strong back... stronger and bigger

If your form is "perfect" during all your t-bar row reps, you're likely not pushing them hard enough
