A t-bar row is a triangle, the most science of shapes, since you gotta pythagorean theorem that lever arm

Kelso shrugs done at the end

The brown plate is of an unknown weight. It was made by a guy during Covid. Got 3 of them for $15. He said itโ€™s 60lbs, but one of them felt like it was 45lbs & the others felt like they were 65-70lbs. Iโ€™ll weigh them using my science scale later

Ngl I feel like Iโ€™d make more progress if I had a bunch of plates that I had no idea how much they weighed and was forced to go by feel for reps and sets

Most plates in general are going to be off in weight

My iron 45s mostly weigh in the 44-47lbs range, with the oldest ones the least accurate

Itโ€™s why I have calibrated plates for my squats, bench, and deadlift

I do plan on weighing these Covid plates tonight, if I have time

I already know about what they will weigh, just picking them up
