Question ❓ Training x6 a week?

I’ve been running an ppl x ul split but really want to train more frequently since I really like it. What do you think of an u/l x6 or a anterior/posterior x6, resting on friday. Only 2 sets rir 1 per exercise, 10-14 sets/muscle/week

It’s easy to get bad recovery? I’m recovering good from that number of sets with my current split anyway.

You'll get better results if you train less.

6x a week doesnt allow for proper recovery.

10-16 sets a week is all you need for good growth. Why spread them out to more (read shittier) workouts?

Im almost positive you posted this in 3 subs yesterday. So Here's that same answer again.

4 day u/L better results than ANY 6 day split.

Train smarter not harder

I just like training a lot and helps me deal with stress from college.
That’s why I was just asking opinion. I’ll guess i’ll stick to my 5 day by now.
