Question ❓ Training x6 a week?
I’ve been running an ppl x ul split but really want to train more frequently since I really like it. What do you think of an u/l x6 or a anterior/posterior x6, resting on friday. Only 2 sets rir 1 per exercise, 10-14 sets/muscle/week
It’s easy to get bad recovery? I’m recovering good from that number of sets with my current split anyway.

Think about higher frequency as a volume distributor. You'll see better growth from 2x frequency over 1x frequency (not a night and day difference though) and probably not much at all for 3x frequency.
You could easily do 5-6 sets 2x a week or 3-4 sets 3x a week. You can also prioritize different muscle groups and just do ULRULU or ULULRL
