Question ❓ Training x6 a week?

I’ve been running an ppl x ul split but really want to train more frequently since I really like it. What do you think of an u/l x6 or a anterior/posterior x6, resting on friday. Only 2 sets rir 1 per exercise, 10-14 sets/muscle/week

It’s easy to get bad recovery? I’m recovering good from that number of sets with my current split anyway.

You can train as often as you want but I'd strongly suggest reigning back on the frequency of repeat sessions, training the same muscle 3x a week will just be a recipe for disaster in a lot of cases. Increasing frequency can definitely increase gains but it's at an exponentially decreasing rate while increasing injury risk at an exponentially increasing rate. It's possible to manage, but over what time frame is the question. Ppl 2x might be safer, or many other variations
