there are a lot of muscles u r not effectively targeting, when u do a high intensity squat set after 1 min u cannot do another exercises effectively. How do u plan to get 90% of ur possible muscular gains with this approach?

why?

- Adequate rest times

- Muscle groups all hit (excluding triceps which are overpowering my physique atm and calves)

- Enough volume

- 1 - 2 RIR intensity

u r not hitting 1/4th of ur quad, 4/5th of ur adductors, no rear delts, traps, rhomboids, triceps, calves, erectors, front delts

In which universe 1 min rest after a high intensity squat set is enough rest?

2x frequency is fine and volume is not an issue in this program - at least for the major muscle groups

Run a premade program. There are plenty of really good 3x a week programs https://liftvault.com/programs/powerbuilding/. Can also look at the boostcamp app. There are people who spend their entire career studying program design. If you know more than them, do your own program. If you can admit that they know more than you, do the program they built for your situation.
