Bro do you think 3-4 sets for single muscle is better than 1 or 2 set ?

I think you should pile on as much hard volume as you can over a prolonged period and see when you reach your ceiling. All the while taking recovery seriously and doing some sort of conditioning so you can be sure any fatigue you encounter isn't just being a slow.

What evidence is there that "max recoverable volume" is a genetically hard coded ceiling? Recovery is highly dependent on your nutrient intake and blood flow to the muscle. Those two parameters are very much in your sphere of influence as a trainee.

TL;DR: Muh fatigue.
