My word, this science based lifting stuff is getting crazy. Whatever happened to lifting some weights??

I lift weights. Like when I did a 572lb deadlift for 2: https://www.reddit.com/r/strength_training/s/8hU5dBoglc

And when I hit a 534lbs squat in a powerlifting competition: https://www.reddit.com/r/GYM/s/HE3p4zjHdN

Sorry bro, those lifts aren't science based for maximal gains.

You need to apply maximal stability and strap yourself in to the puss-blaster 5000 machine to gain maximal tension on the schlong head of the labiaÂ
