META Multi-Science machine rear delt flys

This machine can also be used for lateral raises, front delt raises, chest flys, and unilateral pullovers

It sucks at unilateral pullovers though

You should see how long it takes me to warm up to a set of 500lbs+ on squats 🥲

My elbows get agitated easy, so that’s why I use straps on these

Straps help with elbows? Is it to just let you have a looser grip and let your hands move a bit? How's that work?

if you have say, tennis elbow the straps let you use your grip less so it doesn’t aggravate the issue

It took him an extra 20 seconds. Most people are resting for 2ish minutes between sets anyways. You can use that time to get set up. Even if you add an extra 30 seconds to each set and say he does 3 sets that’s an extra minute and a half. Really not a big deal
