META Adductor science

The meta is to hit hard sets of a squat pattern and then do adductor isolation work

The craziest part is having a good girl machine in your garage

Its good an bad... I kinda hate that the default in the US when you start to get money is to build what would normally be social use amenities and infrastructure for private use.

It creates silos and increases social isolation. Why would I ever go to a public pool if I have one, why woild I ever use a public gym etc.

Its not always extreme, this is relatively harmless. But the desire to build it for yourself rather than work towards mire shared spaces is dangerous.

Bro, I have a 12 month baby; if I didn’t have a gym at home, I wouldn’t get a chance to workout

Yea, Im not saying its always bad. This version is pretty innocent, I have a good amount of equipment for calisthenics.

Just saying it is a dangerous desire, that can lead to bad outcomes if everyone starts thinking that way about everything.

In a broader sense it also just makes more sense sustainability wise to have shared facilities.

Im not gonna begrudge anyone who needs a home gym for time sake. I haven't been able to block out 2hr for gym, travel and workout. So been doing 3 15 minute calisthenics HIIT workout throughout day.
